The Edmonton Oilers finished off an electric comeback to win Game 4 of their playoff series against LA, and after the game, Connor McDavid pointed to one weak spot on the Kings.

The Oilers superstars themselves have now been seen drawing up plays and coaching their teammates themselves, with Leon Draisaitl taking over the board at practice.

Connor McDavid points out Major weakness for Los Angeles Kings

The Los Angeles Kings harshly benched two defenders in last night's game: Brandt Clarke and Jacob Moverare both played under 12 minutes in nearly 4 periods. Moverare only played 2:26 of TOI in nearly 80 minutes of hockey.
It's clear that the Kings coaching staff only trusts 4 defenceman for regular minutes, but that will become a problem over the course of a game and a series.
Connor McDavid and the Oilers pointed out the fact the Kings are benching their defenceman, and realizing they need to heavily wear down their Top 4.
They're relying heavily on four D and nine forwards. That's tough. I thought we just wore them down. They like to absorb pressure. That can be taxing at times. You saw that tonight.

The playoffs can be a war of attrition, and if the Kings are only comfortable playing 4 defenceman, it will give the Oilers a major advantage.
In addition, the Kings 4th forward line also played all under 6 minutes. The Oilers are far more confident in their 4th line, which again gives an edge to the Oilers.
When the Kings are only using a small group of players over a longer period of time, they're bound to wear down and not be able to keep up to Edmonton.
The Oilers are dominated in the 3rd period and overtime, showing how the Kings can't keep up the pace with a shortened bench.

Kings depth unable to keep up to Edmonton Oilers

Edmonton had some major question marks coming into the series, but their depth combined with their elite top end talent is emerging as a reason they could pull ahead in the series.
Now, their goal will be to nab at least one win in Los Angeles, and take it back to Edmonton to seal the deal.
