The Edmonton Oilers have had an incomparable fan environment the last few years, but the Vegas Golden Knights still tried to show off their playoff watch party.
The Oilers have taken an extra step of adding a third watch party area this season to address the extra demand, an issue that Vegas definitely isn't running into.

At puck drop last night, the Vegas Golden Knights posted their official team playoff watch party, and it was sparsely attended to say the least.
Oilers fans and many other NHL fanbases ripped on Vegas for posting such a quiet playoff party.

In fairness to their fans, this playoff watch party was actually organized to be in a suburb of Vegas instead of outside T-Mobile Arena. The distance away from the rink probably affected attendance, and Vegas does pack their rink with hardcore fans.
However, it absolutely pales in comparison to the environment in Edmonton on any playoff game day, and especially the Moss pit.
It's really not close, as the Oilers fill practically the entire city block with rabid fans standing shoulder to shoulder inside and out of the arena. There's no room for Oilers fans to bring lawn chairs.
Oilers fans are lucky to have one of the best playoff environments in all of sports, a totally incomparable environment, and a long way away from whatever's going on in Henderson.
