The Edmonton Oilers are off to a great start to their second round series against the Vegas Golden Knights, with every player elevating their game to new clutch levels.
The Oilers will continue to run back their same lines as last game, with Calvin Pickard still in net. At this point, if their lines aren't broke, they don't need fixing.

The Edmonton Oilers dwarf the rest of the NHL in third period points, most notably from their stars McDavid, Draisaitl, and Bouchard.
But it's not just them either that's been elevating their game in the final moments. There's been clutch goals from Connor Brown, Mattias Janmark, and Corey Perry, with surely more to come.
Even better, goalie Calvin Pickard is the one stepping up the most in the late stages of a game. His save percentage in the third and overtime is absurd, which always allows the team a chance to win.
The result has been the Oilers setting an NHL record with 5 straight comeback playoff wins. The entire team has the clutch gene, and it's leading to amazing success early on.
Now the Oilers just have to continue this effort - and maybe even step it up earlier in games - to continue this playoff push and Get back to the Stanley Cup Final.
