The Edmonton Oilers beat the Vegas Golden Knights handedly in a 5 game series, and Evander Kane sent an ice cold message on social media right afterward.

Kane was a critical player for the Oilers the entire series, putting up 2 goals and 4 points on the third line and being a physical presence all over the ice.

Evander Kane taunts Vegas Golden Knights on social media after Game 5 series win

Immediately after the game, Kane took to social media and posted an iconic photo of him playing the Golden Knights in the playoffs in 2023 - blowing a kiss to a fan giving him the bird.
It's the ultimate trash talk from Kane and hits especially hard after a series win. It's part of the showmanship of Evander Kane, which gives the Oilers an element of confidence wherever he plays in the lineup.
Aside from this post and his awesome antagonism towards the Vegas Golden Knights, Kane's confidence lifts up his teammates as well.
He's also been preparing for games in various supercars, which has got the attention of every Oiler and their opponent. If it helps them start on time, it helps!

Evander Kane is a rockstar for the Oilers on and off the ice

No one expected this level of play from a 33 year old Kane coming back from injury after missing the whole season. It's been great to see him play to the capabilities of a top 6 player again, after playing through injury all last year.
There's obviously even been rumours through Kane's career of some issues in the locker room.
Right now, it looks like if anything, Kane is a rallying figure to hype up the Oilers to beat down their opponents. He has simply been outstanding, one of the many Oilers who has elevated their game for the playoffs.
