Ivan Provorov's refusal to play for the Philadelphia Flyers in the LGBT «pride night» jerseys alittle over a month ago has sparked a lot of debate from a variety of perspectives.

Due to Provorov's actions, the New York Rangers and another NHL club postponed their whole pride night and did not wear the jerseys on the designated night as stated originally to fans, raising question.

In a recent interview, former NHL general manager Brian Burke addressed the issues and said enough is enough. The three teams that seemed to have opted out of the pride night events were the Chicago Blackhawks, New York Rangers, and New York Islanders.

Burke's son is active in the LGBT community, and in the interview that is posted below, Burke says that since his son came out to him, life has been much better. He had a lot more to say to the organizations that have chosen to opt out of the pride themed nights as well:

The debate continues and hasn't seem to have stopped, what will be the end point to this.. the NHL releasing a statement? Updates to follow..
