Edmonton Oilers practice today was slightly delayed by the Florida Panthers, but they've now hit the ice and confirmed their lines for a do-or-die Game 6.

The Oilers also practiced yesterday and debuted some new lines with the absence of Ryan Nugent-Hopkins. Thankfully, Nuge looks to be playing tonight.

Oilers adjust lines at practice, with Nugent-Hopkins likely to play

Ryan Nugent-Hopkins wasn't on the ice, but was replaced by a placeholder in Max Jones which suggests he will play. Viktor Arvidsson and Troy Stecher will be scratched, with Kasperi Kapanen and John Klingberg coming in as replacements.
The switch to get Kapanen and Klingberg into the lineup is a move for more speed up front and puck-moving ability from the defence - but aspects the Oilers were lacking in Game 5. Klingberg struggled early on against Florida, but hopefully can find his game again in crunch time.
Jeff Skinner will remain in the lineup on the third line, finally finding his role on the team providing some offence from the bottom six. The third line had great success in game 5, but was caved in for Game 6.
Finally, Stuart Skinner was the first goalie in the starter's net and off the ice, which indicates the Oilers will turn back to him for the all-important game. They'll need the best version of Stu tonight.

Florida Panthers purposefully delay Oilers getting on ice for practice

Also according to multiple reports, the Panthers at have deliberately delayed the Oilers getting on the ice for practice.
Carter Verhaeghe was the sole Panther player on the Oilers' ice, just leisurely shooting pucks while the Oilers were actually waiting to get on the ice.
The Oilers then had to tell the Florida staff not to flood the ice for their practice to get out on-time for their skate. It was clearly a tactic from the Panthers to throw off the Oilers routine.
Nothing, especially that gimmick, could distract the Oilers from this game tonight. With the Stanley Cup on the line after two hard seasons fought for the ultimate goal, the Oilers know the time is now to bring everything. If they don't, Florida will lift the Stanley Cup tonight.
