Edmonton Oilers reportedly shopping 2 roster players in trade

The Edmonton Oilers are about to get something injured players returning to the lineup, which may lead the team to make a trade.
In the next few days, the Oilers expect to see Jake Walman, Mattias Janmark, and Alec Regula returning from injury. Zach Hyman will be back soon after. The Oilers need to clear a few roster spots, and a trade may be their best route forward.
Edmonton Oilers reportedly listening on trades for Mattias Janmark and Ty Emberson
The Oilers now have a significant logjam on forward and defence, and may not be able to just send players to the minors. Mattias Janmark and Ty Emberson seem to be the odd men out.
Janmark has simply been passed on the deoth chart by other forwards who can kill penalties, and provide more offence than his 2 goals last season. NHL insiders have reported the Oilers are open to moving Janmark, if there's a suitor for him.
On defence, Alec Regula has emerged to win the 6th defenceman spot, putting Troy Stecher and Ty Emberson at risk. The Oilers used Stecher in the playoffs more, and Ty Emberson is the more expensive player with a $1.3M salary. To have the most cap-effective roster, keeping Stecher as the 7th defenceman and trading Emberson makes sense.
NHL insider Frank Seravalli also recently reported the Oilers may be open to moving Emberson and Janmark.
Regula is going to be in and the odd man out is going to be Emberson. When that happens, do the Oilers look to make a trade and move Emberson?

If the Oilers can trade these two players, they'll clear $2.75M in salary and could receive two low draft picks in return to use in future trades.
Edmonton should strongly consider moving these players if there's a trade market out there for them.
