During the first intermission of Game 2, Florida Panthers Sam Bennett gave a shocking answer that he was very surprised to receive a goaltender interference call after a collision with Stuart Skinner.

The incident took place in the first period at 12:13 where Bennett was in a similar position as game one and fell on Stuart skinner's leg which led to the interference call sending a shock Bennett to the penalty box.

Latest Bennett incident common in these playoffs

This latest incident continues to show Bennett constantly in the blue paint of the opposing goalie and either falling, using his elbow and contacting the goaltenders either injuring them or attempting to injure.
It was explained during the broadcast that many felt that Bennett expected not to be called as he had another incident in game one which resulted in a goal which was allowed.
He pleaded his case with the officials in Game 2 but it was to no avail, and he went to the penalty box.
The ensuing power play for the Oilers responded in less than 30 seconds where Oilers superstar Leon Draisaitl scored a power play goal that was assisted by Connor McDavid and Evan Bouchard.
Many fans were curious on whether the officials would finally call a goalie interference call on Bennett after so many times this kind of contact continued to occur.

Oilers look to continue strong play to take two games at home

The Oilers are looking to build off their game one victory as they showed the Panthers that they can play at their level and responding to quick goals without quitting.
The Oilers are doing all they can to try to neutralize Bennett, but he has been one of the best players for the Panthers in these playoffs and in this series so far.
If the Oilers are successful, they would hold a 2-0 lead in the series which would head to Sunrise FL and put the pressure all on the Panthers to try to get back.
Game 2 has not been a disappointment so far and oiler fans will continue to wait and see how they fare before the series switch.
There will be a two-day break between games two and three and Game 3 will take place on Monday June 9th in game time will be at 8:00 PM eastern.
