Oilers insider reveals new details of third jersey soon to be released
The Edmonton Oilers will be debuting a new alternate jersey in rotation next season, and insider Tom Gazzola of the Oil Stream Podcast has revealed new details of the design.
Gazzola has previously stated that he's seen the team's new third jersey, and that it will be put into rotation next season - and it seems that fans will get their first look soon.

On previously stated that he's seen the team's new third jersey, Gazzola confirmed once again that the main colour of the jersey will be an off-white, and it will feature a new logo.
More interestingly, the new jersey design has been finalized and sent to EA Sports for addition into their NHL games - which has a reputation for leaking jerseys.
I was shown them, I was sworn to secrecy, I was told don't leak anything. It is not going to be orange, it's vintage white, and it will look like nothing like they've ever worn before.
Apparently, EA Sports has it for next year's NHL game, cause they have to put it into the game. Apparently, those guys are pretty chatty.

The Boston Bruins and St. Louis Blues have recently unveiled their New Jersey updates, so it's possible the Oilers aren't too far behind.
Interestingly enough, the Oilers AHL affiliate debuted an off-white jersey with a unique Oil inspired logo this season. There's a chance that the new alternates at least took a trial run with the Condors jerseys.

However, previous reports from Oilers insiders have indicated that the new jersey won't even feature an oil drop - and also, that McDavid and Draisaitl have personally approved the design.
The Oilers seem to be cooking up an exciting new design for their alternates next year. Hopefully they turn out be a great design, and team wearing them comes back a little bit better.
