Quinton Byfield has been cleared to return after missing one game with injury from Darnell Nurse's cross check, and has now responded to the incident.
Darnell Nurse was suspended for one game, the last of the Oilers' regular season, for delivering the high cross check to Byfield's head earlier this week.

According to a report from LA Kings insider, Byfield is feeling better after the cross check and isn't looking to dwell on the cross check, instead he just wants to move on.

After this update, Byfield was officially cleared to return to play in the Kings' final game of the season against the Calgary Flames. It looks like he'll be ready to go for Game 1 of the playoffs, along with every other Kings player.
Byfield takes the high road on cross check from Darnell Nurse
Byfield could've taken the opportunity to take a shot at Darnell Nurse and set up another battle in the media, just like Philip Danault did with his accusations of the Oilers trying to hurt the Kings.
It was a classy response to accept it as a mistake from Nurse, and not make a big deal out of the play.
Both teams have developed an intense rivalry after three straight first round playoff matchups, which will make this year's series that much more entertaining.
There's real bad blood between these teams, and even if Byfield took the high road in the media, he'll definitely be looking for payback on the ice.
