Oilers insider reveals details of playoff schedule against Kings

With their last 5-0 loss to the Kings, the Oilers will officially begin the playoffs on the road in Los Angeles.
Oilers insider discusses details of expected playoff schedule with Oilers and Kings
According to Oilers insider Jason Gregor, the two teams are still waiting on the official schedule, but some details can be gleamed by looking at the LA Lakers playoff schedule, who date Crypto arena with the Kings.
Gregor believes Game 1 will begin on April 20th or the 21st, which will later be dictated by TV rights holders. Game 2 may have a more concrete date of Wednesday, April 23rd.
Gregor also notes he believes the Oilers will play their first home games of the playoffs on April 25th and 27th.
This form of schedule would make the most sense for the NHL to avoid any back to back games in the playoffs, which is a priority for the league. Additionally, there's more belief the Oilers will begin their series

Of course, all playoff games are expected to be late starts for the Oilers, at 8:30MT. The late starts are always tough, but the NHL has to allow the eastern games to completely finish first. Hopefully at least, there won't be any day games.
