The Edmonton Oilers General Manager Ken Holland is rolling up his sleeves and getting ready to do the annual grind known as the NHL trade deadline day.
Holland likes to make moves generally towards the end of the season each year, Holland made a major move acquiring Evander Kane early in last years season after the whole San Jose Sharks divorce, Holland also grabbed defenceman Brett Kulak from the Habs at the trade deadline.
Holland has already reportedly figured out his final decision on Jesse Puljujärvi, and it's been reported that he'll be waived. The Oilers have also now placed forward Devin Shore on Waivers.
The 28 year-old has just 3 points in 28 games with the Oilers this season, Shore is a pending UFA at the end of the season and was originally a 2012 2nd round draft pick from the Dallas Stars.
