Canadian Player Victim of The Biggest Hit of The New Year So Far
The World Junior Hockey Championships are underway, giving hundreds of potential NHL players the chance to impress hockey fans in style. In this instance, the tournament's hardest hit fell on Canadian defenseman Brandt Clarke, a draft pick of the Los Angeles Kings.
As it is against the rules to play without a helmet, Clarke would continue to play while subject to a two minute penalty. Additionally, each player would be required to skate to the bench after losing their helmet.
