Calgary Flames to receive massive trade offers for top player this season

According to several reports, there is a strong possibility that Calgary's Nazem Kadri will soon be dealt to one of the 13 teams on his wish-list.

On a recent episode of 32 Thoughts, Elliotte Friedman had this to say about Nazem:

Based on Kadri's strong production, two-way playing style, and Stanley Cup experience, the Oilers could consider trading for the rugged forward. The move would help fill their long-standing need for another top-centre and secondary scoring, a someone that can handle tough defensive matchups.
Kadri joined the Flames two years ago on a seven-year, $7M cap hit. In 164 games over the last two years, he's scored 58G and 97 points, a level of production the Oilers could use in its lineup right about now.
Kadri also brings a strong 200-foot game to the forward group, something for which the 35-year old is known, in particular as the games become more important and intense.
Kadri plays with an edge and usually draws penalties from the opposition, giving Edmonton more opportunities to put its lethal powerplay on the ice more often.
Kadri has also won a Stanley Cup with the Colorado Avalanche in 2022, providing valuable championship pedigree and experience in the locker-room, adding to Edmonton's veteran presence.
By most accounts, it's become clear that Kadri will soon be traded, with Calgary off to a 2-7-1 start, though it won't be until he reaches the coveted milestone of 1000 games played, on November 5th against the Blue Jackets.
