Edmonton Oilers fans will have to dish out large amounts of money as their ticket prices for the Stanley Cup finals have been released to unprecedented heights.

The Oilers are set to open the series at home for the first time in these playoffs and Ticketmaster had released the eye watering prices which leaves many fans unable to attend the games.

Oilers organization set to make tens of millions in this Finals

Game 1 and Game 2 have a wide range of prices which includes the cheapest resale tickets going for $1018.80 per ticket, $1300 in the lower bowl and the highest price ticket around $8400 each.
These prices along with other venues around the city including bars, the Moss Pit and other sources to watch the games are set to make record amounts of money as the team and the city is abuzz with the prospect that the Stanley Cup could be won within the next week.
Despite these ticket prices likely at resale value, Edmonton Oilers owner Daryl Katz is set to enjoy more riches as these ticket prices are at unprecedented levels.
There were times during the season that many people felt that this team may not make it this far through the playoffs, but the team has come through remarkably well it has grown stronger with every series and are prepared to play the Panthers.

Rogers Place will be deafening in the Stanley Cup Finals opener

This will be the third time in 40 years that a rematch has taken place between two teams in the Stanley Cup finals in back-to-back years.
Many pundits feel that the Oilers learned their lessons from last year's loss and look far better prepared and designed to match up well against the Panthers.
It's going to be a fascinating series on how well each segment of the Oilers will play especially when it comes to goaltending as Skinner has re found his form and looks just as capable as Sergei Bobrovsky for the Panthers.
Game 1 is set for Wednesday June 4th and game time will be 8:00 PM eastern.
