According to Jason Gregor of the Jason Gregor show, The Edmonton Oilers will have starting goaltender Stuart Skinner manning the net against the Winnipeg Jets tomorrow.

He also reported that Leon Draisaitl has joined the team with a strong likelihood that he will play in tomorrow's game.

Oilers depth continues to be tested in final games of the year

He also reported that centre Ryan Nugent Hopkins and defenseman Jake Walman will not play as the Oilers prepare for their final games of the season and their first round of the playoffs.
The team which has a slim chance of winning home ice advantage against the Los Angeles Kings appeared to be resting some of their players which is common for this time of year.
The organization has had a rash of injuries over the past couple of weeks that have crippled several of their key players including Connor McDavid, Stuart Skinner, Leon Draisaitl, Mattias Ekholm, Nugent Hopkins and Zach Hyman.
Despite these injuries, the team has prevailed with several wins including a two game-winning streak that they are currently on. Many players have been asked to step up their game from head coach to Kris Knoblauch.

Oilers expect to have a strong lineup for Game 1 of the playoffs

Many of these injuries appeared to be minor in most of the players have been day-to-day to a week. The team has also been hit with illness which was revealed by Connor McDavid when he returned to the ice against the Sharks.

It's likely the team has been resting some of their players especially with this compressed schedule the team has been on all year.
The Oilers will have two games remaining after The Jets which includes the Los Angeles Kings and a rematch against the San Jose Sharks for their final game on April 16th.
Many fans are hoping that the team will be healthy enough to take on the Kings and go for a long playoff run much like last year.
The Jets game will take place on April 13th and game time will be 7:00 PM eastern.
