Florida Panthers reportedly file complaint to NHL on Evan Bouchard

Bouchard's incredible hockey sense has made pick plays one of his strengths, and it's often not called as interference by the referees - but the Panthers want that to change.
Florida Panthers file complaint on Evan Bouchard running interference plays
According to the source, the Panthers cited Draisaitl's game winning goal in Game 1 as a prime example of Bouchard running an uncalled pick on
Brad Marchand.
Funny enough, the referee on the call in both games was Wes McCauley.
Needless to say, Bouchard's play should absolutely not be a penalty and is no where near the same as Holl's play. Justin Holl directly skated into the path of a player without the puck. Brad Marchand did the exact same thing, and skated directly into Bouchard.
The Oilers defender took a smart path to open up space for McDavid, but it's certainly not interference. Marchand is the one who initiates contact, which takes Bouchard down.
If the referees were to call every instance of a collision between two players in the ice, there'd be dozens of penalties a game. Hopefully the Panthers complaint doesn't affect the series at all.
