Edmonton Oilers goalie Calvin Pickard has still not resumed skating after injury, raising concerns he will be out for the rest of the series and potentially longer.
Calvin Pickard not travelling with team, still not skating raises huge concerns for Oilers
According to a new update from TSN insider Ryan Rishaug, Calvin Pickard is still at home in Edmonton trying to rehab his injury - but has not yet resumed skating.
Stuart Skinner's going to have to let this thing ride. Cal Pickard is not even skating yet, Cal Pickard's not on the trip, I don't believe.

It's quite concerning to hear that Pickard's not even able to get back on skates yet, even by himself while the team is in Dallas. Without even being on the ice, it's fair to say that Pickard isn't day-to-day like the Oilers stated.
Online Sports Doctor Harjas Grewal shared concern that Pickard could've possibly torn his meniscus, which could require surgery. If that's the case, it will be Skinner's net for the rest of the playoffs.
That's a major concern given how inconsistent Skinner has been this year, and what a reliable second option Pickard has been. If Skinner falters again, the Oilers will not turn to the rookie
Olivier Rodrigue - it's all on Stu for as long as Pickard is out.
Skinner finished off the Vegas series with back to back shutouts, but then posted a .815 save percentage in Game 1 vs. Dallas. The loss was hardly his fault, but he could've made one more save to get anywhere near average numbers again.
The pressure will be on Skinner now to take the Oilers back the Cup Final, and get a better result than last year.
