The Edmonton Oilers and Ken Holland have been in search for life jackets to stay out of the drowning cap spaced-waters, and it seems as if a solution may have finally been found.
A solution has been found, or bad news may be incoming...
The Edmonton Oilers have announced that they have re-called Vincent Desharnais from the Bakersfield Condors, meaning they have found cap space to fit him on the Oilers roster. Which also means one of two options:
1. Ken Holland has finally set a trade in place or is set to place a forward on waivers today. 2. Evander Kane is injured, and will be out for long-period of time, to be placed on LTIR to make cap space.
Kane has missed the last two games and is still listed as injured with an upper-body injury, no information has been released on the extent of Kane's injury
