Ron MacLean is Going Viral After Making a Ridiculous Suggestion to The Calgary Flames
Ron MacLean has been the centre of attention on Hockey Night in Canada throughout the last few years after throwing Don Cherry under the bus.
However MacLean is still trending to this day but it is never for the right things, more so ridiculous suggestions. His most recent one is.. uh, interesting to say the least.
Ron MacLean suggests the Calgary Flames' captain should be Jacob Markstrom and no other player, he said this after Markstrom had an average game. Markstrom has been the centre of *bad* attention in Calgary this season after having awful performances on several occasions, but one average performance let MacLean to believe Markstrom should captain their team.
To note, the last time a goaltender was made a captain was many years ago and it failed miserably.
With all the controversy coming from Hockey Night in Canada since Don Cherry left, you just have to wonder what Don would be saying about all of this.
