Chicago Blackhawks superstar Patrick Kane has had a long and difficult year. Being in the NHL's bottom of the standings all season, combined with trade rumours, it's currently a mess in Chicago.

The good news is that Kane may be dealt in the next two weeks *IF* he thinks his hip is healthy enough to play in a playoff atmosphere.
The New York Rangers, Toronto Maple Leafs, and Edmonton Oilers are just a few of the teams reportedly pursuing Kane.
The New York Islanders are one team we can be sure he won't join now, since Lou Lamoriello, the team's general manager, reportedly attempted to get in touch with Kane's management group but was rejected.
According to Stefen Rosner, a New York Islanders reporter, Kane has 'no interest' in joining the New York Islanders before the trade deadline. The Isles have already acquired Bo Horvat for a multi-piece package which included their top prospect and first-round pick in 2023. Adding Kane would cost a significant amount as well, so even being still linked to the Blackhawks forward is a touch of a surprise.

Kane isn't happy in Chicago and recently blasted the team on their player development. He's been frustrated with management's communication on the rebuild and it certainly feels like the days in the windy city are winding down for the Blackhawks great.

After the most recent rumours that Kane would be heading to Toronto, this is fantastic news for the other teams such as the Edmonton Oilers, who are also reportedly considering offering for Patrick Kane. Take that rumour with a grain of salt because that hasn't yet been confirmed. It's going it is indeed going to be an amazing couple of weeks finding out if Kane will be moved, this may go down as one of the biggest trade deadline of the year.
