The NHL has become a hot topic every playoff as it seems the NHL referees system has become increasingly more erratic in their decisions and sometimes downright biased towards other teams.
Tonight in Game 3, the Oilers are on the road against the Kings numerous plays would make any NHL fan pull their hair out as calls were clearly in favour of the Kings and just downright wrong against the Oilers.
At first, when you watch this clip, it appears that Darnell nurse had his skates tight up the Victor Arvidsson. But as you watch another replay much closer to where this wasn't the case.
Arvidsson never even touched Nurse and had to make one of the most embellished throws to the ice that I've ever seen. At first, they were to give Nurse 5 minutes for this, but after reviewing, they reversed their call to two minutes for tripping.
Later in the period, Oilers defenseman Vincent Desharnais decided to join a scrum and throws a small check toward Sean Durzi which Durzi made look worse than it was. Desharnais managed to get 2 minutes for interference.
And the grand finale, the goal that lost the game for the Oilers...
