Calgary Flames Teammates Betray Each other After Recent Interview
Darryl Sutter has become a controversial topic in Calgary media, as the former Jack Adams winning coach isn't running so hot this season.
There's palpable tension in the locker room nowadays as multiple teammates have shared their opinion on Sutter this season. Here is the latest:
Jonathan Huberdeau, Nazeem Kadri, and Jakob Pelletier have shared their frustrations with the coaching this season, and it hasn't stopped there. According to Dean Molberg of The Nation Network, several players will request trades if Sutter is around after the season.
But, one particular player has stuck his neck out for his old coach, Tyler Toffoli who won a cup in Los Angeles with Sutter during his rookie season in 2014.
Toffoli's views are absolutely contrary to the rest of his team, which may put him at odds in the locker room along with Sutter. It's been speculated that Sutter may be in the hot seat and with the Flames out of a playoff spot, is it realistic that Sutter lands somewhere after this season?
