Penguins make interesting move with Tristan Jarry amid Oilers trade speculation

In a decision by Pittsburgh Penguins' coach to play goalie Tristan Jarry in back-to-back games, speculation has increased suggesting Jarry is being showcased for a trade.
Head coach makes unusual goalie decision
Typically, NHL coaches won't start the same goalie in back-to-back games. That Dan Muse did so with Jarry, one has to wonder if it isn't a preview to a potential trade, as ESPN's Kevin Weekes suggests.
I'm told 2X @NHL All-Star and @penguins Goalie Tristan Jarry is among the goalies drawing significant interest as a potential option for the @EdmontonOilers, keep in mind he played in Edmonton with the Oil Kings.
It isn't the first that we're hearing of Jarry being a potential target; several reports last week raised the possibility.
Pittsburgh has deployed a true goalie-tandem system this year, playing their two goalies every other game. Except, Jarry seems to have lost the crease this season to rookie Arturs Silovs, according to NHL.com.
The Penguins acquired Silovs over the summer, but also have another young goalie prospect Sergei Murashov, who is emerging as an option as one of the team's top two goalies.
Tristan seems to be the odd man out, and is likely being showcased in Pittsburgh's game against the Leafs tonight.
Oilers rank last in team save percentage this season, with a combined .860 for Stuart Skinner and Calvin Pickard. Jarry would be a definite upgrade as the Oilers' number one.
The 30-year old carries a 7-2-0 record with a 2.58 GAA and a .912 SV%.
This afternoon's game against the Kraken will go a long way toward sealing Skinner's fate.
