As was recently reported by PuckPedia, newest Oiler Jack Roslovic has a four-team trade list that takes effect November 1st, should he decide he wants out of Edmonton.

$1.5M Salary

Includes No Move Clause that also becomes a 4 Team Trade List Nov 1, which means starting Nov 1 he cannot be waived but can be traded to the 4 teams on the list

Former-Cane adds peculiar clause to his contract with Oilers

The clause is not common among NHL players, especially on one-year deals. Essentially, it's a one-month trial that kicks-in November 1st, that allows Jack Roslovic the opportunity to request a trade in the event he's unhappy with his place in the lineup.
November 1st, coincidentally, is when Zach Hyman returns to the lineup from the LTIR. In addition, Mattias Janmark and Jake Walman also return from injury, placing the Oilers at three players over the active roster limit of 23.
Of course, the clause may be a moot point if Roslovic gets off to a fast start and gels with his linemates. Jason Gregor had written that Jack would likely get a shot alongside Connor McDavid and Leon Draisaitl, given he'd scored nineteen 5v5 goals for the Carolina Hurricanes last year, ranking him 1st on the team.
However, according to today's reports, Roslovic will play wing on the 2nd-line, alongside RNH and Savoie, a line where he can do some damage offensively, given his ability to get to the right areas of the O-zone.

Extras: Janmark (IR), Philp, Lazar

Roslovic had a career high 5v5 shooting percentage of 16.8 last year, and generated a career high .77 in individual xGF/60, scoring chances/60 at 7.53, and individual scoring chances/60 at 3.27. This kind of offense will boost the 2nd-line's production and add the kind of scoring depth the Oilers have been looking for the last two years.
