Last night was an incredibly important night in the NHL, as the Edmonton Oilers took down the Colorado Avalanche 2-1 in overtime. This victory was particularly significant for the Oilers, as it marked their franchise record-breaking 27th road win of the season.

The game was a nail-biter from start to finish, with both teams playing hard and giving it their all. Edmonton's Leon Draisaitl had another impressive performance, adding to his already impressive point total with his 125th point of the season. Meanwhile, Connor McDavid tied Phil Esposito's record of 152 points in a season.
In addition to the strong offensive showing, Oilers goaltender Stuart Skinner had a standout performance, improving to 13-1-1 since March 1st. All in all, it was an incredible night for the Edmonton Oilers and a game that will be remembered for years to come.
