The Bromance Is Back On, On the Ice

This season, Leon Draisaitl and Connor McDavid will reunite on the ice for the first time.

In most instances, Draisaitl and McDavid centered other players on their own lines. In times where they needed a huge amount of offense and a scoring threat, the two were moved together.

The @EdmontonOilers in Seattle:

Hyman-McDavid-Draisaitl
Holloway-Ryan-Janmark
Erne-Hamblin-Lavoie
Griffith-Malone-Bourgault

Kulak-Ceci
Gleason-Broberg
Dineen-Kemp

Campbell
Pickard

The Seattle Kraken, who fought until the very end against the Dallas Stars last year, are the team McDavid and Draisaitl face tonight.

In the absence of an official opening night roster, it's to be expected except for the starting goalie and McDavid and Draisaitl.

Dylan Holloway, Ryan McLeod, and Mattias Janmark are all rumored to make the roster, but nothing has been confirmed. It is also possible that Adam Erne and Raphael Lavoie could end up being bottom-six options for the team.

Also, Philip Broberg is projected to end up as the club's 7th defenseman, but could also be traded if the team needs another boost.
