Jesse Puljujarvi has been linked to several various trade rumours after Sportnet's Elliotte Friedman stated it's official that the 24-year old forward will be moved before the NHL trade deadline.
Puljujarvi was drafted fourth overall back in 2016 and has yet to live up to the full potential of a top-five pick, but had a solid 36-point season last year which included fourteen goals.
According to David Pagnotta, a NHL insider with the fourth period, the Oilers and Canadiens have the assets to combine for a win-win trade.
With Elliotte Friedman recently revealing the asking price of Jesse Puljujarvi, a bottom-six forward with a draft pick, the Canadiens have all the assets needed to acquire his services.
Joel Armia, Evgeni Dadonov, Mike Hoffman and Christian Dvorak all come to mind for those who would potentially meet Ken Holland's needs in return for Puljujarvi, said Pagnotta
