One thing you never like to see is anyone getting injured during a hockey game, but unfortunately hockey is a rough sport and accidents can happen at anytime.
That was the case during yesterday afternoons game between the Ottawa Senators and Edmonton Oilers from the Canadian Tire Centre, when Senators goaltender Anton Forsberg had to be taken off on a stretcher.
The incident happened during the late minutes of the 3rd period when Senators defenceman Travis Hamonic bumped Oilers' forward Zach Hyman into the crease.
Forsberg was in obviously pain and was taken to the local hospital for future treatment, will keep you posted with updates..
