Milan Lucic Gets Pounded in The Best Fight Of The Year So Far
The NHL has made several attempts over the years to ban fighting from the sport so that players may retire with fewer head and CTE damage. In the 2018 season, the NHL came close to implementing a rule that would have punished players who chose to take off their helmets witha 10-minute game misconduct and aban from thatgame.
The oldschool hockey fans yelled smash that, let's fight! Fighting is a pleasure that fans should appreciate, whether they do it at home or in person. It is a fundamental part of the game.
You must see the battle that two of the top NHL fighters (Milan Lucic and 220 pound Mathieu Olivier) put on last night because it was one of the greatest of the season.
Nobody dropped, so there was no clear winner... who do you think took the win?
