Jack Campbell, the $5.5m backup goaltender for the Oilers, will have one last opportunity to test his skills before the playoffs start. After sitting on the bench cold for 25 days, Campbell got a start against another bottom dwelling team last week and it went quite bad, letting in the first shot on goal but still pulled through with the win. Campbell will get his second start in goal tonight against the Arizona Coyotes. This game could not have come at a better time for the goaltender who has been struggling with his confidence lately.

In his last outing, Campbell was very shaky in goal against the bottom-dwelling Sharks. However, with the Oilers being third in the Pacific division the Kraken are 3 points back from stealing their playoff spot, which would put the Oilers into a wildcard position. Tonight's game against the Coyotes could be a chance for Campbell to regain his confidence and prove to his team that he is ready for the playoffs.

The Coyotes, who have struggled all season, have the worst record in the NHL, and this could be an easy test for Campbell to build up his confidence. The Oilers and fans will be looking for Campbell to put on a solid performance and get a win under his belt before the intensity of the playoffs kicks in.
