We are less than 5 weeks away from one of the busiest and most exciting days in hockey, and that's the NHL trade deadline day.

With the trade deadline being scheduled on March 3rd, many team's must decide to be sellers or go all in and make some deals to improve their teams chances to make the playoffs and compete for the Stanley Cup.

The Edmonton Oilers General Manager Ken Holland has been trying to trade away former 1st round pick Jesse Puljujärvi since the NHL draft with no luck. A recent mock trade submitted by Oilers fans has surfaced, and it just makes sense.

The Oilers Gm would trade away Puljujärvi, along with prospect Philip Broberg, and a first round pick in the upcoming draft to the Arizona Coyotes for defenceman Jakob Chychrun.

This trade would be perfect for both clubs. The Coyotes get more assets and a draft pick, while the Oilers get rid of Puljujärvi and add the biggest problem the team's been facing, and that's adding another top tier defenceman.
