The Florida Panthers, have taken down the Toronto Maple Leafs in 5 games, advancing to the Eastern Conference Final.
Toronto Maple Leafs fans are regretting the choices they have made, as chanting, «We Want Florida» did not age well for the Leafs.
Matthew Tkachuk, was quick to answer to the media after winning the series.
Matthew Tkachuk, after getting off the ice, spoke again about the Leafs fans mistakes. Saying, " don't think they want Florida that much anymore. I wasn't hearing many of those after that game and that might be the best part."
Just adding salt to the wound for Toronto Maple Leaf fans all around the world.
I don't think Leafs fan will ever learn, as they immediately thought this was the year. Winning just the first round of the playoffs, meant the Cup was coming back to Toronto. Yet, Bobrovsky and the Panthers had another plans, shutting down the Leafs core and sending them to the links.
