Boston Bruins Bring in Alex Chiasson on PTO
In a significant announcement today, Boston Bruins' GM Don Sweeney unveiled the signing of forward Alex Chiasson through a Professional Tryout Agreement (PTO) on August 21.
Experienced Impact
With a wealth of experience, 32-year-old Chiasson contributed six goals and three assists, totaling nine points in 20 games for the Detroit Red Wings during the 2022-23 season.
Impressive Career
Throughout his NHL journey of 651 games, Chiasson showcased his skills for various teams including the Edmonton Oilers, recording 233 points from 120 goals and 113 assists. Hailing from Montreal, Quebec, he was selected by the Dallas Stars in the 2009 NHL Entry Draft.
