Edmonton Oilers Fan Believes The NHL Missed a Goal During Maple Leafs Game
According to a video that has been shown throughout social media, an apparent goal was missed during the Toronto Maple Leafs versus Edmonton Oilers game on Saturday.
The video shows that just before the end of the third period, The Oilers shovelled a very quick goal past
Matt Murray and bounced it out near
Connor McDavid.
The goal light did not go on and no one seemed to know that it happened.

After watching the video several times, it would appear that the puck did cross the line and that the Oilers should have been credited their fifth goal. That would certainly have changed the tide of the game and put more pressure on the Maple Leafs to defend.
Unfortunately, the Oilers lost 7-4 in a highly entertaining and physical game.
The Oilers return home to play the Ottawa Senators on Tuesday, March 14th. Game time is at 9:00 PM eastern
