Canucks Goalie Thinks Canada Shouldn't Have Won Gold
The World Junior Hockey Championships just ended last night and was a huge success. The city of Halifax was insane all tournament long especially during Canada's games.
However, despite the Team USA vs Team Canada game being a couple days old, people, mainly Americans are venting about the officiating.
Team USA lost 6-2 but the American's had 2 goals be over turned for goaltender interference. One of those that were displeased was Vancouver Canucks goaltender Thatcher Demko.
Demko took to Instagram to call out the referees at the 2023 IIHF World Junior Championship for a goaltender interference the 27-year-old from San Diego kept his message brief: «Worst call I've seen in a long time.»
