Former NHLer and Vancouver Canuck Ryan Kesler took to the Donnie & Dhali Podcast to reflect on his long tenure with the team. They touched on his playoff experiences and the team's expectations going into the 2024 Stanley Cup Playoffs.

Kesler was a two-time All-Star and the 2011 Selke Trophy winner — the same season the Canucks went to the Stanley Cup Final, losing to the Boston Bruins in seven games. This was amid back-to-back President's Trophies as the league's top regular season team in 2010-11 and 2011-12.

He noted his struggles after not scoring during their first-round series with the Chicago Blackhawks but regained his confidence after getting on the board in Round Two. He also drew comparisons of his playing style to current Canucks Conor Garland and J.T. Miller.

He remains extremely connected to the team despite retiring in 2019 due to an ongoing hip injury. He consistently watches games despite living on the East Coast.

I still feel like a Canuck.
