Vasily Podkolzin reveals hilarious details of Edmonton Oilers customized locker room

Oilers forward Vasily Podkolzin earned some fans in Edmonton for his hard work on the ice and his hilarious interview off the ice - like his new revelation on the team bathrooms.
Earlier this year, Podkolzin opened up in a foreign interview on a number of hilarious facts about the team, and this new interview is very similar.

In a new interview with Cherkas Atlant, a Russian media outlet, Podkolzin gave a tour of some of the Oilers facilities. One element that's caught everyone's attention is the details included in the urinals in the locker room.
An interesting little detail about how seriously people here take care of their bodies - I think they have it in Los Angeles too - they say there is this thing about the urinals. Hydration monitoring. It lights up and shows you how much water's in your body.

It's truly a hilarious detail of the Oilers locker room that they'd add custom features to their urinals, but as Podkolzin said, it goes to show just how serious the team is about achieving peak performance.
This blunt admissions and revelations of absurd details on the team harkens back to an interview Podkolzin did earlier this season in Russian, where he hilariously laid out some truths about his new team - one being their tendency to start slow.
I thought, "Is it after they played in the final?" And then I started looking at others, and everyone around was so calm. They told me: "Yes, we always start like that, last year it was even worse." We have a good coaching staff, the coaches are calm and self-confident.

Podkolzin has played a solid role as a complimentary player with Leon Draisaitl this season, but even though he works hard and forechecks great, there's a lot of offence to be desired with his game. In 73 games, Podkolzin has only 7 goals and 22 points playing mostly with Draisaitl.
He does seem to be the type of player that could elevate his game in the postseason, so hopefully the Oilers can see a resurgence from Podkolzin near that time. Either way, he's been a solid contributor this year, and a clearly hilarious quote in any interview.
