The Edmonton Oilers are dealing with a ton of significant injuries entering the holiday break, and insiders have provided new updates on all injured players.

Tristan Jarry has officially departed the team's current road trip for medical evaluations in Edmonton, which has caused the team to recall Connor Ingram. There likely won't be any more roster moves coming soon, but the new year will see some reinforcements.

Oilers Insider shares extensive injury updates on all sidelined players

Oilers insider Jason Gregor shared an extensive update on all injured players, including some new details on Jake Walman's lingering injury.
The Oilers recently moved Walman to the LTIR, delaying his date of return far past the original estimate of day-to-day. Gregor has confirmed that Walman suffered a fracture in his leg, and hopes to return midway through January.
Despite being placed on LTIR today, Jack Roslovic is currently skating and trending toward a return before the holiday break. The Oilers roster move with Roslovic was retroactive, just granting cap relief for the Ingram call up. Roslovic is recovering from surgery to his genitals.
Kasperi Kapanen, Connor Clattenburg, and Noah Philp still have vague injuries with vague return timelines. Kapanen re-injured himself at practice, and has no timeline beyond sometime in the new year.
Connor Clattenburg went down after a high-stick, and most didn't assume he'd be out of the lineup for long. He must have taken the stick in the eye-area which limited everything for him.
Noah Philp has no timeline for his return, and there's been no details on his injury. Philp looked to be a solid option for a 4th line centre, but just hasn't been able to stick in the lineup.
It's pretty frustrating that so many players have been out for so long with no details or accuracy to injury reports this season. All Oilers fans can do is hope for the best with their recoveries, and know the team will be even stronger when finally close to healthy.
