Edmonton Oilers pass all Canadian teams in new Broadcast schedule

The Florida Panthers, coincidentally, have 15 games on US National TV, fewer than the Oilers', a peculiar fact, given they are winners of the last two Stanley Cups, although they do struggle to fill seats in its home arena.

Edmonton's brand of hockey is perhaps a factor in their being aired 16 times, as is their fanbase across all provinces and US states. They have become must-watch TV, with Connor McDavid leading the way with highlight goals and passing, all at breathtaking speeds.

ESPN will air the bulk of the US National TV games, with 100, while TNT will show 72 exclusive games.
