ST.LOUIS BLUES HEAD COACH TAKES A PENALTY BEFORE THE GAME EVEN STARTS - FIRST TIME IN YEARS

BY SKY
The St.Louis Blues started the game on a tough note going down by a goal from Edmonton Oilers Zach Hyman, who continued his goal streak on the powerplay. But that powerplay came before the puck even dropped, and the St.Louis Blues' head coach Craig Berube took it, the first time in many years that has happened.

The St.Louis Blues got a 2 minute penalty to start the game due to a ''invalid lineup''. Fans need to give Jay Woodcroft a lot of credit for noticing the error.

Before each game team must submit their starting lineup for puck drop, that contains their three forwards, two defensemen and goaltender. The Blues submitted the lineup, but proceeded to make one swap without notifying anybody, and they paid the price.

The St.Louis Blues' 31st ranked penalty kill vs Connor McDavid and Leon Draisaitl on the powerplay was destined for disaster, and Zach Hyman got the Oilers on the board EARLY!

Sadly the referees made quite the controversial call in overtime which took away the Oilers game-winning goal.
