We are still quite a few ways away from the NHL's Trade Deadline Day on March 3rd but the rumor scene is running rapid especially out of Edmonton. The Oilers General Manager Ken Holland has been searching to find a move or two to help the Oilers playoff push.

One player Holland has been reportedly interested in most of the season is Philadelphia Flyers defenceman Ivan Provorov. Although Provorov is a highly skilled defenceman, his attitude has came into question multiple times throughout the last few years. Especially after the other night, which we are sure everyone is aware of..

Holland is going to have to move some money to get a deal done. Part of a deal to acquire Provorov would include a high end prospect or picks and its believed the Flyers would also acquire forward Jesse Puljujärvi who also was a healthy scratch a few days ago.

The Oilers Gm has been trying to trade Puljujärvi since this summer but hasn't been able to get what the Oilers were asking, since then they have lowered the price dramatically just to get Puljujärvi moved.
