BREAKING: SHANE WRIGHT HAS REPORTEDLY BEEN TRADED

, the fourth-overall NHL draft pick from the prior year, has reportedly been traded, according to various sources. recently helped Team Canada in winning the World Junior Championships gold medal. Wright led Team Canada as captain and recorded seven points in his seven tournament games.

A trade for Wright in the Ontario Hockey League (OHL) was reportedly in the works as a result of his current team, the Kingston Frontenacs, being out of the playoff picture. Just 12 hours after Wright won gold, was moved from the Seattle Kraken to his Junior club.

Defenseman Oliver Bonk, the son of former NHL player Radek Bonk, reportedly has been sent to the London Knights in a trade for . Furthermore, it's been reported that Kingston would also get six draft picks in exchange for Wright.

I'm hearing to the London Knights for defenseman Oliver Bonk and six draft picks. Bonk turns 18 tomorrow.
